God’s Peace Your Rock!

God’s peace or shalom does not depend upon the circumstances that we experience. Jesus, the Prince of Peace, resides inside of us and his wholeness and completeness, with nothing missing or broken, preserves us, no matter the chaos that swirls around us. Do not allow anything or anyone to distract you from focusing, worshiping, trusting and depending on him.

“A person whose desire rests on you
you preserve in perfect peace,
because he trusts in you.
Trust in Adonai forever,
because in Yah Adonai,
is a Rock of Ages.” (Isaiah 26:3-6 CJB)

Plans To Prosper

Thirsty For The Living God

My whole being cries and thirsts for you the Living Water
Humbling myself, laying down my pride as a son or daughter
You alone can satisfy my thirsty heart and dry wounded soul
Life, hurts, trauma, drama  and sin has taken quite the toll

My arms raise in surrender, relinquishing the past to you, Lord God
Yielding my will, intellect, rights, control, emotions, life, soul and body
In worship, I release all that restrains from closer intimacy with you
My desire, focus, thirst, and heart now set only on you filling my view

In you alone and by your help I put my hope and fully trust
Yahweh’s love surrounds, heals, fills, preserves from soul rust
God, my Rock, encompassing with lively deliverance songs
My praise freely raised in grateful heart worship all day long

Trust God!

Prayer For The Father’s Heart

Father, I rise this day and ask you to anoint me afresh, to see people through the eyes of your mercy. Father, anoint me afresh, to love people with your heart. To know people by your Holy Spirit, and not by the flesh.

Father, change my heart for yours. Let the words of my mouth and meditations of my heart, be acceptable in Your Sight, Oh Lord, my STRENGTH AND REDEEMER.

No Fear God Is Near

Many times, when God has us in a narrow tight place, we cry out for rescuing from our situation. We think, “If only God would quickly change our circumstances, everything would be fine.” Instead, God says he is not delivering us out of our difficulty but is walking with us through our predicament.

God is with us, so we will not fear. It is on the journey with him, that we have our character refined, are humbled and become more like Christ. Also hardship teaches us to focus on Yahweh, who is present with us, not on the water that seeks to overwhelm us or the flames that leap at us. He has promised that we will not drown nor will the fire burn or scorch us. He is our help and strength, in the midst of trials.  He will make us a powerful testimony of overcoming, with the help of God, to many who do not know him yet.

“Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior;” (Isaiah 43:1b – 3a NIV)

Focus On God’s Glory

You’ve got to change your focus. When You change your focus, you change your outcome. Focus on his Glory not your story. Focus on what you do have not on what you don’t. Focus on God’s promises not your problems today.

Prayer To Yahweh

Yahweh, my Covenant Keeping God, if you do not go with me, I do not want to go. Today, I will move and leave what is familiar, if you go with me, as you did with Moses. Your presence is the comfort that I need, as I venture into unknown territory. Your light casts out all darkness.

Your presence makes the impossible, possible. I trust and rely on you today. Do not leave or forsake me, for in you, is fullness of joy. I delight in your closeness. Your presence gives me rest, so I do not stress. Yahweh, when you go with me, nothing is too difficult. You are my strength and sustain me. In you and your presence, I am confident.

Thank you for your comfort that causes all my fears and anxious thoughts to vanish. In this day, I am confident in your nearness and give you all the glory and praise. In Jesus name! Amen

Then Moses said to him, “If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here.” (Exodus 33:15 NIV)
