Mighty Warrior Not Fearful!

Did you know that Yahweh’s (I AM the covenant keeping God of your present) view of you, often differs from your own? Gideon (one who permanently cuts down the enemy) had the angel of Yahweh appear and talk with him. Gideon was hiding, in the winepress, threshing wheat, due to fear of the enemy, who had oppressed the Israelites for seven years. The angel said, “Yahweh is with you, mighty warrior.” (Judges 6:12) Even though Gideon was fearful, weak and felt he was a nobody, Yahweh knew his true character. He was a mighty warrior, who would obey Yahweh and see his country delivered.

Israel suffered devastation, by their enemies destroying their crops, houses and land. They were hiding in caves when they then cried to Yahweh to save them. Gideon was the mighty warrior, who fully depended on Yahweh.

Gideon took down the idols that his family and the rest of Israel were worshiping, rather than the true God, Yahweh.  Then 32,000 Israelite men came to fight the enemy, who had invaded their country, like locust. Yahweh only wanted a small army and reduced the number to 300 men against a huge army. Gideon obeyed Yahweh, who fought, for the Israelites. The  enemy turned on themselves and killed their own.  Then Gideon ruled as a judge, and Israel enjoyed peace for forty years. (Judges 6-7)

Today, Yahweh is speaking to the weak and calling them strong, the fearful he calls mighty warriors, the people-pleasers he challenges to live as God-pleasers, the mild become roaring lions, the helpless become empowered through God’s transformation of them. His Holy Spirit lives, inside of believers, and they see the truth, about themselves.

With Yahweh leading and guiding you, your reliance is no longer on what you can see, in the natural world or your circumstances. He fights your battles and lets you help him!

Rise Up Mighty Warrior!

Empowered To Reign With Jesus

Focus On Jesus And His Goodness

You empower and bring to life, on whatever you focus and think about. Dwell and magnify the Promise Maker not the problems. The bigger your problem, the bigger the provision he has for you. It is time to take your eyes off of the circumstances, where you find yourself, and lift up your eyes. See Christ Jesus seated at the right hand of the Father with the enemy under his feet. This is the realm, where we also dwell. God created us in his image and when we look to him, worship and praise him for his goodness to us, our perspective changes. We become more like him, as we gaze at him. We dwell in a higher realm and the dust storms no longer obscures our vision.

“So if you’re serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ, act like it. Pursue the things over which Christ presides. Don’t shuffle along, eyes to the ground, absorbed with the things right in front of you. Look up, and be alert to what is going on around Christ—that’s where the action is. See things from his perspective. Your old life is dead. Your new life, which is your real life—even though invisible to spectators—is with Christ in God. He is your life.” (Colossians 3:1-3 MSG)

The Father Forgives And Forgets!

God’s Provision Or Your Expectations

So often we get blindsided by our present circumstances and our expectations for timing. God has promised that he will provide abundantly for us but we look with our natural eyes and entertain worry, fear and anxiety. We miss the journey of rejoicing, in Jehovah Jireh, our provider.

Provision is there but it is hidden from our sight. Anchor your faith on the truth that he never leaves or abandons us. He stays with us closer than any brother. In the face of testing, be filled with joy (great pleasure or delight), knowing you are growing into the image of Christ Jesus. Look again and see with spiritual eyes his abundant provision, for all your needs.

For we do not rejoice in those things that are seen, but in these things that are unseen. For things seen are time related, but those things that are unseen are eternal. (2 Corinthians 4:18 ABPE)

Keep Moving In Faith!

The Lord says, “Regardless of the unstable, ambivalent, pretentious, and pessimistic people in our lives, we must live in expectancy of Him and not of them. We must keep pushing against the tides. We are pushing–moving, LIVING against every current that says something contrary to what the Father has spoken or revealed. We must push against it all. Without faith it is impossible to please God. Therefore, we must keep moving in faith. Don’t stand still for fear of what might happen, move in faith. I don’t know all that the Lord is doing in me or you. But I know, we must keep PUSHING and MOVING, against the tides of life.”

God’s Outrageous Love For You!

Never, no never, does God give up on you. No matter how many times you have failed him, he still roots for you and loves you without restraint. He gives you the life of his son, Jesus the Messiah, to redeem and save you. He bestows wonderful gifts to you. No matter how far you stray, his love is there for you. No matter how rebellious you act, when you turn towards him, he runs to greet you and throws a  party to celebrate. His love is outrageous, lavish and never fails. He loves you and never gives up on you.

Turn to Jesus and ask him to help you! He will not turn you away! He is the way to Father God, who loves you!

“Just think—you don’t need a thing, you’ve got it all! All God’s gifts are right in front of you as you wait expectantly for our Master Jesus to arrive on the scene for the Finale. And not only that, but God himself is right alongside to keep you steady and on track until things are all wrapped up by Jesus. God, who got you started in this spiritual adventure, shares with us the life of his Son and our Master Jesus. He will never give up on you. Never forget that.” (1 Corinthians 1:7-9 MSG)

Embrace All Yahweh Has For You!

Walk in the value of who You are not in the opinions of who others thought you were. Walk in the reality of whom people reveal themselves, not in the fantasy of what you’d like them to be. Walk in the faithfulness and expectation of God, not in the inconsistency and unpredictable expectation of people.

Let it go, let it go, let it go, and embrace wholeheartedly “ALL”, Yahweh has ordained for you.

Purify My Heart Prayer

Today Lord, I open my heart to you and place all my broken pieces of my heart, before you. Purify my heart and cleanse me from within of all my sin. I dedicate myself to you, today.

Thank you for a fresh start. Your ways are wonderful and I praise you for renewing my life. I glorify your name and praise you for a new day, through Christ Jesus! Amen

God made my life complete
when I placed all the pieces before him.
When I cleaned up my act,
he gave me a fresh start.

Indeed, I’ve kept alert to God’s ways;
I haven’t taken God for granted.
Every day I review the ways he works,
I try not to miss a trick.

I feel put back together,
and I’m watching my step.
God rewrote the text of my life
when I opened the book of my heart to his eyes. (2 Samuel 22:21-25 MSG)
