When you treat people the way that you want to be treated, you sow the same thing into your life. When you show mercy to others, when you need mercy you receive it. Forgiving others allow for forgiveness for you. Love those who don’t deserve it and you will have love when you don’t deserve it. Give mercy, kindness and love and reap the same.
If you don’t want to be judged, don’t judge. If you don’t want to be condemned, don’t condemn. If you want to be forgiven, forgive. Don’t hold back—give freely, and you’ll have plenty poured back into your lap—a good measure, pressed down, shaken together, brimming over. You’ll receive in the same measure you give. (Luke 6:37-38 The Voice)
