Have you ever had concerns about your life that you gave to God, but quickly took it back? Positive change occurs, however, when we roll all of our heavy load of worries and leave it with him, trusting with confidence that he takes care of us.
Then we enjoy a peaceful, tranquil mind because we know our Heavenly Father loves us, and is our refuge. strength and help. We rest and can hear his words of love for us, knowing that he will give us our heart’s desire because our heart (mind, will, and emotions) is given to him. We enjoy spending time with him and getting to know him.
Trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) in the Lord and do good; so shall you dwell in the land and feed surely on His faithfulness, and truly you shall be fed. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord [roll and repose (rest) each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass. (Psalm 37:3-5 AMPC)

Amen I love the verse cast your burden onto the lord! He will never let the righteous be moved. Or better yet the amp version love it! ”Cast your burden on the Lord [release it] and He will sustain and uphold you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken (slip, fall, fail).“
Psalms 55:22 AMP
