You can never give more to God than he gives. As you surrender your life, time, talents, and money to God, he supplies all your needs generously. Yahweh Jireh (your covenant keeping God sees and provides), so you will not fear the devourer. No matter what your circumstances, he abundantly meets your needs. His provision and favor are more than enough to meet all of you need both tangible (physical) and intangible (peace of mind, love, guidance, angelic protection, etc.). Know that God is faithful to you.
At the moment I have all I need—and more! I am generously supplied with the gifts you sent me with Epaphroditus. They are a sweet-smelling sacrifice that is acceptable and pleasing to God. And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus. Now all glory to God our Father forever and ever! Amen. (Philippians 4:18-20 NLT)

One of the ways my Mom taught me to be a cheerful giver was through God’s Word. She often used Philippians 4 and other passages to remind me of the great mighty God we serve. Thank you for sharing this today. ~ Torrie
