    Truth- A nugget to swallow right here! Begin to extend grace to yourself first…it then becomes easier to extend it to others.

      Brother Jeff, forgive yourself. Ask Holy Spirit to help you to see yourself as God does. Read Isaiah 53 and see that Jesus paid for our sins by dying in our place, he took all our shame, condemnation and paid for our sin. Receive his gift and forgive yourself. His life for you. Grace and mercy are yours.
