See With Jesus’ Eyes

by Hazel Straub

Does the circumstances that surrounds you, fill you with discouragement and despair? Does it appear all negative?

Ask Holy Spirit to help you see with the eyes of Jesus. Take another look and know that nothing is impossible, when you place your trust in God and believe his Word. He will never fail you and will work things to your good. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28 KJV)

It looked like the enemy of our soul had won, when Jesus died on the cross. But this became the enemy’s worst nightmare and defeat. Due to the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, his blood cleanses all who believe in him, from all sin and unrighteousness. We receive salvation, redemption, restoration, healing, deliverance, and freedom from sin and curses because Jesus gave his life for us and gained victory for us! This truth is the reality of life, not our temporary circumstances. We, in Christ, are the darkness’ worst nightmare! Rejoice!

But God still loved us with such great love. He is so rich in compassion and mercy.  Even when we were dead and doomed in our many sins, he united us into the very life of Christ and saved us by his wonderful grace!  He raised us up with Christ the exalted One, and we ascended with him into the glorious perfection and authority of the heavenly realm, for we are now co-seated as one with Christ! Throughout the coming ages we will be the visible display of the infinite riches of his grace and kindness, which was showered upon us in Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 2:4-7 TPT)
