It is time to arise from depression and darkness because of the new life and light of God’s Spirit lives inside of believers in Jesus. The light and radiance of Yahweh casts out all darkness. It is your time to shine with the light of God, as it transforms.
Although the darkness may cover the earth, you have his light and glory. His glory brings transformation to you. His glory in you reveals Yahweh’s light to others today. Your face is radiant with his presence. Rejoice!
“Rise up in splendor and be radiant, for your light has dawned and Yahweh’s glory now streams from you! Look carefully! Darkness blankets the earth and thick gloom[ covers the nations but Yahweh arises over you! Nations will be attracted to your radiant light and kings to the sunrise-glory of your new day.”(Isaiah 60:1-3 TPT)

To think that the day will come when Christ who is our light in this life will one day be our eternal light! Praise God! 2(Revelation 21:23-25) 23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. 24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. 25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
