What Is Your Motivation For Living?

by Hazel Straub

What is your motivation for living? The love of Christ is our incentive and inspiration. He died and rose from the dead so we might live. We are connected to him. No longer do we judge others on what we can see on the outward appearance. There is so much more to people than we can discern with human eyes. As believers in Christ he gives us life,  is our source, and our powerhouse!

For it is Christ’s love that fuels our passion and motivates us, because we are absolutely convinced that he has given his life for all of us. This means all died with him, so that those who live should no longer live self-absorbed lives but lives that are poured out for him—the one who died for us and now lives again. So then, from now on, we have a new perspective that refuses to evaluate people merely by their outward appearances. For that’s how we once viewed the Anointed One, but no longer do we see him with limited human insight. (2 Corinthians 5: 14-16 TPT)

  1. The Lord has always motivated me since being a child,I never felt like I was alone. Now being older realize even when others do not understand me that my life is hid in Christ and He knows my heart and I press on in His wisdom not my own. Blessings.
