Yes, so true! I would also say the people that hold grudges not only hold themselves back, but also the other person whom they dislike. Depends how close in relationship they are!

Yes! It is th grudge holders that are held back because the poison of not forgiving eats at them. The one who hasn’t been forgiven can still enjoy life.
