Your Thoughts Determine Your Life

by Hazel Straub

What we allow to captivate our thoughts, will control our lives. The things on which we think, whether negativity, worry, fear or positivity, such as the incredible love of God. If we do not like our thoughts, we can have another thought. The things that we think on, determines how we live our lives. Substitute the Word of God to meditate on and not negativity. It will change your life!

Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life. (Proverbs 4:23 NLT)

  13. Amen!
Thinking negative is never a positive thing!
It’s unhealthy for both the body and the soul, as compare to its counterpart which nourishes both. God not only cares but loves us to show us the difference.

Thank you for the reminder. May God’s peace follow you always.

  21. Our thoughts shape our reality. The words we say; the images we make in our head; these make up the story that becomes what we are. It’s not even the experiences that make our life, but how we interpret and respond to our experiences.

    • So true! We think forgiveness or revenge and out these emotions with our actions. We have to guard our thoughts.
