Have you looked back to the past with fondness and not enjoyed where you were today or the breakthrough that God is giving you? If your vision is to the past, you will miss the miracle of today and tomorrow.
The children of Israel received a miraculous delivery from slavery in Egypt. However, although they ate supernatural bread from heaven, their clothes and shoes never wore out and they had water to drink, they were not content. Instead of looking for breakthrough into their God promises, they longed for the garlic and leeks of Egypt. They forgot how hard slavery and oppression was. Because of their negativity, they wandered in the wilderness and died.
Keep your vision looking forward and know that this is a time of breakthrough and quick fulfillment of dreams. Let praise and worship come out of your mouth because God is doing marvelous things for you!
All the tests they endured on their way through the wilderness are a symbolic picture, an example that provides us with a warning so that we can learn through what they experienced. For we live in a time when the purpose of all the ages past is now completing its goal within us. (1 Corinthians 10:11 TPT)

Yes, God is always doing wonderful things for us and we sometimes don’t recognize the miracles he does for us. It makes our days go so much better, when we are thankful to God!

Oh how easy it is to lose our focus when little things become big and take our attention. That’s when we need to change our focus to the blessings of the day and thank God for everything. This simple thing can make the worries of the day seem unimportant.

Yes, being thankful and grateful for all that God does for us everyday, will make our focus on the right things. Looking at our blessings changes our viewpoint. We are so blessed by God!
