Forgive
those who have offended you and release them from your judgment. This will allow you to live an abundant life. You will be able to enjoy the gifts that God has for you. Wonderful gifts have room to grow in your life when you forgive those who have wronged you. No bitterness will flow from your life, just sweet healing from Jesus!
Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with any form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. (Ephesians 4:21-32)

This is so true. It is also important to remember to forgive oneself, to ask God for his forgiveness, and to embrace His love and forgiveness.
