Rain often is looked at as an inconvenience or gloomy. It, however, is a blessing from God that refreshes the air, softens the soil and helps nutrients reach the roots, for greatest growth.
When there is drought, the desire is rain. Many times thanksgiving does not come from our mouth, when we merely look at the superficial circumstances but fail to see with vision. Looking complains that the rain is inconvenient and wet. Vision, however, sees the future of multiple blessings sprouting from the rain and rejoices dancing with the raindrops.
Open up, heavens, and rain. Clouds, pour out buckets of my goodness! Loosen up, earth, and bloom salvation; sprout right living. I, God, generate all this. (Isaiah 45:8 MSG)
