God is doing great things.
He saves and changes lives.
He forgives our sins.
He heals our diseases.
He delivers us from destructive behaviors and evil spirits.
He speaks and we can understand as we listen.
He lives inside of us and changes us from the inside out.
He takes us from defeat and gives us victory.
Great and marvelous are his works!
God thunders wonderfully with his voice, he does great things beyond our understanding. (Job 37:5 CJB)

Thank you. It is the Northern Lights also known as the aurora borealis over the Chena River that runs through our town, Fairbanks, Alaska. When they are seen, they are most frequently green. They can be the colors of the rainbow. God and his peace are definitely in them.

ahh… in Southern Ontario I have only seen the flashing, shifting northern lights which are a pale comparison

We are in the northern lights belt and some of the best views of them in North America, are seen here. They are beautiful especially when they cover the skies. We haven’t seen them recently because it is still light at night.
