God’s Loving Restoration

imageHazel  Straub

God’s love  seeks the lost drawing them close. He never gives up on anyone and calls each one to change their mind and direction. Then he tenderly restores the lost to himself.

We are like an old discarded car that appears worthless except for the one who views it through eyes of love, buys it at an outrageous premium price and pulls it out of the bog. He installs a new engine, transmission, radiator, new muffler a new battery and other new parts. Next he buts new stuffing in the seats and recovers them with the finest of leather. The latest technology is installed on the console and the music that comes out of the speakers is the rich sounds of heaven. The steering wheel is restored with power steering and accelerator responds to the directions of Holy Spirit. New windows are installed that sparkle with the reflection of Yeshua, God’s only begotten son. The outside is no longer neglected. Sandpaper is applied getting out the rust and rough spots. The car is primed and painted with the blood of Yeshua. The car that had been considered worthless is prized beyond what money could buy.

Those bought by the blood of Yeshua are all cars being restored to factory condition. Rejoice!

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new

Wonderful post! Truly wonderful! This line is line that I love the most: “We are like an old discarded car that appears worthless except for the one who views it through eyes of love…” God truly loves us unconditionally and beyond what the eyes can see. Thank you for sharing this!
