God is calling us to his rest. Too often we fill our days and nights full of activities, without pausing to rest. Rest rejuvenates and revives. Slow down, calm down and rest. Get some needed sleep. Do not let the urgent things rob you of vital refreshment. Get your priorities right and do the most important. Be still, listen and become intimate with Daddy God. Rest.
Matthew 11:28 (NIV)
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

Yes, we need rest, and HE supplies perfect rest, enabling us to get up and serve Him again wholeheartedly.
