Be still and know that I am Lord. Rest and relax in me. I care for you. I desire your good and will not harm you. I am here for you. Keep your focus on me, the author and finisher of your faith.
Today is a new day. Listen to me and do not lean on your own understanding. Cease from your striving. Know my love and rest.
Psalm 46:10
