Fear and faith both expect something that has not happened, will. Fear is the certainty that something bad will happen. It is mediating on the negative “what if . . .” Faith is the sure trust and confidence that something good will happen. Fear brings hopelessness. The more one fears, the less hope there is within and immobility results. Faith, however, is hope’s substance. Faith trusts that the impossible is possible. Faith believes God despite what the natural eyes see. Choose either fear or faith.
Hebrews 11:1-2
“Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see. Through their faith, the people in days of old earned a good reputation.”
