Pure Glory

Job 37:2-6
“Hear, oh, hear the roar of His voice and the sound of rumbling that goes out of His mouth! Under the whole heaven He lets it loose, and His lightning to the ends of the earth. After it His voice roars; He thunders with the voice of His majesty, and He restrains not [His lightnings against His adversaries] when His voice is heard. God thunders marvelously with His voice; He does great things which we cannot comprehend. For He says to the snow, Fall on the earth; likewise He speaks to the showers and to the downpour of His mighty rains.”

Fairbanks recently experienced torrential rainfall  that came in four waves accompanied by lightning, thunder and  pea sized hail. The National Weather Bureau noted that the storm was unusual in its intensity and broke the record of rain in most areas, as it deposited up to three times the record of rain in selected areas, around Fairbanks. This rain saturated the ground and brought refreshment. The rain watered and cleansed the earth bringing more productivity.

God is sending his rain to soften our hearts and make us more receptive to him. May his rain saturate you, cleanse, and give you breakthrough in this new season. Allow the rain to expose, soften and change your heart. Let it rain!
