God never leaves or abandons us but is always with us. He not only saves us but also takes great joy in us. His love for us is incredible, and he loves us without reservation. We do nothing to earn his love for he chooses to lavish his love on us. We are his children and he rejoices over us. He takes such delight in us that he sings over us. He is awesome beyond description!
Zephaniah 3:17 (English Standard Version)
“Yahweh your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.”
